To what extent does this statement accurately characterize your performance as a technology leader in your district? I do not engage in this activity. I engage in this activity but have room for improvement. I successfully engage in this activity.
1. I work closely with others to create a vision of how technology will support the district's strategic goals.
2. I actively participate in committees that facilitate the process of priority-setting and decision-making for the district.
