1. I promote and facilitate the integration of technology into school plans for improving the teaching and learning process.
2. I regularly communicate assessments of district technology vision goals and progress.
3. I facilitate collaborative, technology-rich school improvement plans that are grounded in research, that align with the district strategic plan, and that include task assignments and timelines.
4. I regularly convene discussions among curriculum, technology and instructional staff to evaluate programs' effectiveness and plan appropriate modifications.
